What fragrances do you have?
- We only use fragrance oil of premium grade. We do not support testing on animals therefore all our fragrances are cruelty free. A description for each can be found on our Fragrances page.
What is your returns policy?
- Please see our Refunds and Returns Policy for details
What type of wax do you use?
- Our wax is made up primarily of natural soy bean and blended with smaller portions of sustainably sourced, certified palm wax, premium grade paraffin wax and a unique plant based emulsifier.
Where are your candles made?
- All our candles and melts are hand poured on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.
Why does my candle have white spots, patches or discolouration?
- This is known as frosting and generally appears on coloured candles and is a result of crystallisation of the wax. Frosting is very common and natural. Frosting does not affect the performance of the candle.
What type of wicks do you use?
- Our wicks are made of 100% Australian cotton which is lead-free and non-toxic.
How quickly will I receive my order?
- All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. We use Australia Post and shipping delays sometimes happen. You will receive a tracking number so you can check on your estimated time of arrival.
Why does my candle look different to the pictures?
- Each of our candles are delicately poured by hand therefore will have their own unique characteristics. These are not imperfections but rather unique features. Due to the nature of our wax colours will vary from fragrance to fragrance.
Can I burn my candle?
- Short answer is yes. While our candles are used for decorative purposes they can be burned. We have conducted extensive testing and as long as you follow our Candle Care information you should have an enjoyable experience. All pillar candles should be on a heat proof plate for burning. We do have Glass Candle Plates that are suitable for all our candles.
What is the burn time of our candles?
- Please refer to each individual product description for the burn time of each candle as some of them differ. Here is a complete list of Burn Times. Note: The burn time of a candle can vary depending on the temperature and environment that your candle is burning in. Pillar candles do burn quicker than container candles (those in jars).
